Guaranteed Christmas Delivery Dates
- Standard delivery cut off - 2pm Tuesday 21st December 2021
- Next Day delivery cut off - 2pm Wednesday 22nd December 2021
- International delivery cut off - 2pm Monday 13th December 2021
- All orders placed after 12pm Friday 24th December will be dispatched the next working day which is 29th December 2021
- Orders placed before 2pm (GMT) Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day, orders placed after this time will be sent out the next working day.
- Next day delivery (UK orders) is available Monday - Friday before 2pm
- If Next day delivery is selected after 2pm on Friday your order will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday.
- DPD delivery selected after 1.30pm on Thursday's will be delivered to you on Monday
- Please note orders may be marked as shipped on a weekend however they wont be collected by the courier until Monday
Delivery Rates (UK):
- £2.95 UK standard delivery (Free over £50) usually takes 3 working days however please allow 5 working days during busier periods
- £4.99 UK next day delivery (Royal Mail) Monday-Friday (in stock items ordered before 2pm) Excludes bank holidays & Ireland.
- £5.99 UK next working day delivery (DPD) Monday-Thursday (in stock items ordered before 1.30pm) Excludes bank holidays
We must be contacted within 48 hours if you have any issues with your order for example an incorrect item etc or if you have received a text message or email from Royal Mail to state your item has been delivered and you can not locate it so we can investigate this with the courier as soon as possible, you can contact us at email@example.com
It is vital to ensure you enter your correct delivery address upon ordering, and that someone is available at the property to accept your order on the day of delivery. If an item is returned to us after an unsuccessful delivery attempt we will contact you immediately. If the item has been returned to us, redelivery will be at the buyers expense for any of the following reasons
- Incorrect address
- Nobody at the property to sign for the item
- Item uncollected from your local depot
Alternatively you can receive a refund for the order minus the original delivery costs.
