Christmas Delivery:
Standard Delivery - Order before 2pm on Friday 20th December 2024
UK Next Day Delivery - Order before 2pm on Friday 20th December 2024
There is a chance that orders placed after 2pm Friday 20th until Monday 23rd at 2pm placed via next day delivery will arrive on Christmas Eve however this is not guaranteed
All orders placed after 12pm Tuesday 24th December 2024 will be collected by the courier when we reopen after Christmas on Friday 27th December 2024
Please note we will be closed the following dates December 25th, 26th and January 1st
Delivery Information:
- Orders placed before 2pm (GMT) Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day, orders placed after this time will be sent out the next working day
- Next day delivery (UK orders) is available Monday - Friday before 2pm
- If Next day delivery is selected after 2pm on Friday your order will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday.
- Please note orders may be marked as shipped on a weekend however they wont be collected by the courier until Monday
Delivery Rates (UK):
- £3.95 UK standard delivery (Free over £50) usually takes 2-3 working days however please allow 5 working days during busier periods
- £5.95 UK next day delivery (Royal Mail) Monday-Friday (in stock items ordered before 2pm) Excludes bank holidays & Ireland
We must be contacted within 48 hours if you have any issues with your order for example an incorrect item etc or if you have received a text message or email from Royal Mail to state your item has been delivered and you can not locate it so we can investigate this with the courier as soon as possible, you can contact us at hello@ajvoyage.co.uk
Undelivered items:
It is vital to ensure you enter your correct delivery address upon ordering, and that someone is available at the property to accept your order on the day of delivery. If an item is returned to us after an unsuccessful delivery attempt we will contact you immediately. If the item has been returned to us, redelivery will be at the buyers expense for any of the following reasons
- Incorrect address
- Nobody at the property to sign for the item
- Item uncollected from your local depot
Alternatively you can receive a refund for the order minus the original delivery costs.
