Need to return an item to AJ Voyage? no problem! we understand that sometimes the item may be unsuitable and thats why we take the stress out of ordering by offering 14 day returns and exchanges
To begin your return simply email email@example.com with your order number and the item/items you would like to return/exchange to notify us of your return
Then print your easy returns label here Print my label, attach to the parcel and drop it at your local post office. The post office will give you a receipt for your drop off, please retain this as this is your proof of postage. No printer? no biggie! you can also get the label sent to your phone and get it printed off for you at your local royal mail service point. Alternatively you can choose your own method of returning either at the post office or with your chosen courrier should you wish to not use the online returns label
When returning/exchanging items please ensure that the item is in its original condition & packaging with tags in tact and that it reaches us within 14 days (21 days for international orders) of your dispatch email. Please take care when trying on garments to make sure that you do not leave perfume, deodorant or make up stains on items.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
- If you choose not to use our returns label we recommend that you send the parcel using recorded delivery.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If you choose to use our returns label £3.99 will be deducted from your total refund to cover postage costs.
- Original postage costs are non refundable, unless there has been a mistake on our behalf or the item has a fault
If you received free delivery (over £50 spend) but would like to return the item/items, the £2.95 delivery charge will also deducted from the total refund unless the order value is still over £50 after the refund
- Any items that are worn, damaged or stained
- Personalised goods such as our initial suitcases cannot be returned, so please check that all personalised details are correct when ordering
- Items that have the tags removed
- Sale / clearance items
