  • You can create your easy returns label here: Get my label (please note this service is £1.99 and will be deducted from the total refund & is only valid for customers within the UK)
  • Attach the label to the parcel and drop it at your local post office. The post office will give you a receipt for your drop off, please retain this as this is your proof of postage

  • Please make sure your original label is covered up or crossed out


To print at the post office:

  • No printer? No biggie! you can also get the label sent to your phone via email and get it printed off for you at your local royal mail service point. For this you can create a label as normal and the QR code will be sent via email

  • You can get your return QR code or label here: Get my QR code (please note this service is £1.99 and will be deducted from the total refund & is only valid for customers within the UK) 
  • Your QR code will be sent via email after you fill in your return details
  • Please ensure your return reaches us within 14 days of receiving your order

To return via your own method of choice instead:

Don't want to use our label? No problem! You can choose your own method of postage either at the post office or with your chosen courier, our returns address is:

If you choose this method please include a note inside your package with your name & order number and please ensure you retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

Refunds will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Upon us receiving your returned goods we aim to process your refund within 1 working day, please however allow up to 7 days for the refund to be credited back to your account.


RETURN CONDITIONS

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us

  • Please ensure your return reaches us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Original postage costs paid to get the item to you are non refundable, unless there has been a mistake on our behalf or you have an issue with your item

  • If you choose not to use our returns label we recommend that you send the parcel using recorded delivery and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed 

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If you choose to use our returns label £1.99 will be deducted from your total refund to cover postage costs.

  • Please take care when trying on garments/shoes to make sure that you do not leave perfume, deodorant, make up stains or marks on the items

  • When returning shoes please ensure they are returned in their original shoe box placed inside a parcel bag and show no signs of wear, please do not apply tape or write directly onto the shoe box as a restocking fee will be deducted off the refund amount to cover the cost of a new box. Please also ensure that they are returned in their correct box if multiple pairs have been ordered

  • Items will be checked over by our returns team to ensure there are no signs of wear, items must be returned in a resalable condition

Non returnable items

  • Any items that are worn, damaged or stained

  • Items that have the tags removed 

  • Mystery boxes

EXCHANGES

  • Please return using the same instructions as above and include a note inside your package with the size you would like to exchange for (please note this can only be for the same style)
  • If the requested size is not available a refund will be processed instead

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

(International Customers) Please make sure the return reaches us within 21 days of receiving your order, you can return with a courier of your choice to the below address:

Sorry we are unable to offer exchanges for orders placed outside of the UK, you can of course return for a refund and reorder the new size/colour if you wish to do so
