- Please note personalised items such as our initial suitcases cannot be returned or cancelled once order has been placed, so please check that all personalised details are correct when ordering

- When returning shoes please do not apply tape or write on the shoe box and ensure it is returned in the same condition it was received in, inside a parcel bag.
