Delivery Information:  

• Orders placed before 2pm (GMT) Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day, orders placed after this time will be sent out the next working day
• Next day delivery (UK orders) is available Monday - Friday before 2pm
• If Next day delivery is selected after 2pm on Friday your order will be dispatched on Monday for delivery Tuesday.
• Please note orders may be marked as shipped on a weekend however they wont be collected by the courier until Monday

Delivery Rates (UK):

• £3.95 UK standard delivery (Free over £60) usually takes 2-3 working days however please allow 5 working days during busier periods
• £5.95 UK next day delivery (Royal Mail) Monday-Friday (in stock items ordered before 2pm) Excludes bank holidays & Ireland

We must be contacted within 48 hours if you have any issues with your order for example an incorrect item etc or if you have received a text message or email from Royal Mail to state your item has been delivered and you can not locate it so we can investigate this with the courier as soon as possible, you can contact us at hello@ajvoyage.co.uk 

Undelivered items:

It is vital to ensure you enter your correct delivery address upon ordering, and that someone is available at the property to accept your order on the day of delivery. If an item is returned to us after an unsuccessful delivery attempt we will contact you immediately. If the item has been returned to us, redelivery will be at the buyers expense for any of the following reasons

• Incorrect address
• Nobody at the property to sign for the item
• Item uncollected from your local depot

Alternatively you can receive a refund for the order minus the original delivery costs.

Tik Tok Returns:

Please ensure a return request is opened on Tik Tok and the returns label is used from Tik Tok to return the parcel to us, do not use one of our returns labels as this could cause a delay in a refund being processed

• Attach the label to the parcel and drop it at your local post office. The post office will give you a receipt for your drop off, please retain this as this is your proof of postage

• Please make sure your original label is covered up or crossed out

To print at the post office:

• No printer? No biggie! you can also get the label sent to your phone via email and get it printed off for you at your local royal mail service point. For this you can create a label as normal and the QR code will be sent via email

• Your QR code will be sent via email after you fill in your return details
• Please ensure your return reaches us within 14 days of receiving your order

RETURN CONDITIONS

• Original postage costs paid to get the item to you are non refundable, unless there has been a mistake on our behalf or you have an issue with your item

• If you choose not to use our returns label we recommend that you send the parcel using recorded delivery and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed 

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If you choose to use our returns label £2.99 will be deducted from your total refund to cover postage costs.

• Please take care when trying on garments/shoes to make sure that you do not leave perfume, deodorant, make up stains or marks on the items

• When returning shoes please ensure they are returned in their original shoe box placed inside a parcel bag and show no signs of wear, please do not apply tape or write directly onto the shoe box as a restocking fee will be deducted off the refund amount to cover the cost of a new box. Please also ensure that they are returned in their correct box if multiple pairs have been ordered

• Items will be checked over by our returns team to ensure there are no signs of wear, items must be returned in a resalable condition

• Any items that are worn, damaged or stained

• Items that have the tags removed

EXCHANGES

• Please return using the same instructions as above and include a note inside your package with the size you would like to exchange for (please note this can only be for the same style)
• If the requested size is not available a refund will be processed instead
